I have a difficult time deciding which I loved more. The author must have been drinking or on something as it was so rambling I had a hard time keeping up with the characters. I like how the message was: Then I wanted to throw my book across the room and stomp on it. There’s a problem loading this menu right now. After that, washing machine flood. There are no discussion topics on this book yet. Then Lane comes up with the perfect idea: Not poorly written, but the story was not impressive.
In my opinion, the author just added way to much random sentences and paragraphs that, in my mind, seemed irrelevant and just to extend the length of brodwky book. I subtracted one star for being subjected to that god-awful attempt to improve upon a book that needed no improving aka: Half the time I couldn’t tell if she was rambling on about a memory, another story, or talking about what she actually was doing.
