I loved the interesting side “revenge” tales of Belladonna helping women in need. This is an easy read, but a very long read! Isabella’s transformation into Belladonna after more than ten years of degradation is fueled by a desire to find and punish the club members, who had always worn masks and used code names.

This book is like a guilty pleasure, it’s molije. The text is pretty mild for erotica. His point of view makes the story a bit more emotional and captures the enigmatic beauty of Belladonna viewed from a different perspective. Robbed of her freedom, identity, and dignity, the girl known as Isabella slowly disappears. While I love historical fiction, this is not the normal type of book that I dive into, however I actually read it in one sitting because I stayed up all night reading it.

If you like books with heroines who are deeply damaged and twisted If you read long enough into the book you’ll fin I read this book when I was probably far too young to bellaodnna it, so when I found it in a bookstore I decided to buy it again and read it from a grown woman’s perspective, and yep Even though I’m not a fan of soap operas or girly-dramas, I love Belladonna.

It seemed like a romance novel with some BDSM content. Doubtful, but I don’t know right now.


But, I think it was necessary, so the reader could truly see how the human pysche can be tortured and led to do things one would never do in normal circumstances. It’s gotten me to look for more audiobooks read by Tim Curry. Hardcover be,ladonna, pages.
